I offer both self-pay and insurance sessions.  Please feel free to book directly online or call with any questions.

*Insurance companies cover one hour sessions only, however you are welcome to add on other self-pay services.  New insurance patients will need to contact me prior to booking, as insurance information must be submitted ahead of time to verify coverage. Coverage checks may take up to two business days to complete.
